Caring, Courteous, and Experienced Staff!

"The most dynamic asset at is the wealth of experience within its staff"

is a privately owned, full service diving facility with over 32 years of service in the Florida Keys.  has seen Key Largo go from a quiet, out of the way island, to the #1 dive destination in the world.

Capt. Rob Bleser - Born and raised in Miami and a graduate from the University of Florida, Rob started in 1977 then with one boat (now three boats), and was joined by Paul Caputo shortly thereafter.  A Captain of local fire/rescue and an active member of the community, he volunteers much time and effort as a humble leader.  Rob is a family man, our Chief here at , and a friend to all.

Capt. John Peacock - A true native of the Florida Keys, born and raised, John has a knowledge and feel for the local reefs and ecosystems unmatched by most.  John has been part of since its inception in 1977, and has been irreplaceable.  John has a very calming effect on folks - a Zen master, if you will.

Guy Sheets - Moving here from Northeastern Ohio, Guy joined in May 2001.  A Divemaster, his diving began when he and his wife Carolyn went on a cruise an undisclosed number of years ago, and he has been diving ever since.  His favorite things to do are boating, riding his motorcycle, and eating sweets.  You can find him in the shop seeing to your wants and needs.

Capt. Steve Campbell - Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Steve has lived here in Key Largo since 2002, but has been diving since the age of 12.  Steve is a USCG Boat Captain, a SCUBA Instructor, and a PSI Instructor Trainer. You can find him driving our boats, training new Cylinder Inspectors, or heading up the Scuba Rangers program.

Capt. Harry Sutherland - Born  and raised in Virginia, Harry learned to dive in limited visibility and often cold water, but a trip to Roatan made him realize it didn’t  have to be that way.  Becoming a SCUBA Instructor in Virginia, Harry went back to Roatan to teach diving there.  He came to the Keys in 1987, became a USCG Boat Captain, and has loved every minute of it since.  You'll find him driving or working on our boats.

Capt. Tim Shaw - Tim grew up in Key Largo sailing & started diving in 1979 while working on a dive boat where he learned the local dive sites.  Joining the Air Force he left for a bit, after which he owned a Dive Shop and was a Captain on Live-Aboard in the islands.   Tim is a USCG Boat Captain, a SCUBA Instructor with over 6,500 logged dives, a Certified Dive Equipment Service Technician, and a PSI Inspector.  His family is steeped in Keys history.

Chelyn Shaw - Born & raised in Texas, Chelyn attended school for and possesses a background in engineering and business.  Almost more comfortable (definitely more graceful) in water than on land, she decided to get rid of the business clothes and teach SCUBA.  She built and sold a Dive Shop, then worked on Live-Aboard as Divemaster and Chef on a Live-Aboard for awhile before eventually settling here at . You can find her teaching, working in the shop, or doing various projects such as helping maintain the website.

Colby Cline - Originally from Texas and a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin. Colby started learning the fascinating art of scuba in 1994.  The majority of his diving and teaching has been in southern California in the cold yet beautiful Pacific, where he learned to appreciate the extraordinary power of the sea.  When he’s not underwater teaching and learning about our local reefs and wrecks, Colby enjoys exploring the Keys while cycling on his bike and playing chess.

Jessica Keller - Is a born and raised small town Hoosier, graduating from Indiana University in May 2009 for Underwater Archaeology and Anthropology.  Jess has been a Divemaster at since moving to the Florida Keys in June. She is an EMT and is a BIG COLTS Football fan.

Joe Wilson - A Certified Master Service Technician, we here at believe that there are few, if any, more qualified to service your equipment, whatever brand it is - he's only been at it since 1985 though.  Joe, his wife Pam, and his faithful sidekick Kai love to sail every chance they get.  We suspect that Kai is secretly taking notes on how to sail the boat himself.

Capt. Lad Akins - Lad is very knowledgeable about marine ecosystems, as he has been an integral member of REEF (Reef Environmental Education Foundation) since its inception.  When he is not heading up Special Projects for REEF, he is a relief Captain here at . He is also a SCUBA Instructor.  His son keeps him young.  All of that and down to earth.

Jason Nunn - Formerly from Kansas City, Jason is a SCUBA Instructor's Instructor, a USCG Boat Captain, a Certified Dive Equipment Service Technician, and a PSI inspector, among other talents.  Jason spends so much time underwater he probably has sprouted gills.  To dry off, he helps coach kids wrestling, cooks, and spoils his doggy.
